OK let’s ignore their policies about who will likely continue as junior coalition partners. The nub of the matter is could they have done more as partners? Now I can forgive some welfare reforms vile as they are it’s not like Labour complained until the focus groups said it was OK. I can forgive much of what they did but where they sold their soul was Surveillance and Feudalism.

How can a party who claims to be liberal support such arrant nonsense and ridiculous shit as DRIP? Tedious stupid so called anti terror legislation.

How can a party who is liberal sit in Govt and allow more and more gross subsidies to the housing sector and landowners? How can you square that circle? It’s impossible.

In short if the Liberals do not stand for Liberalism they are merely a 3rd neo Liberal party with no ethos (like multiculturalism means the opposite of what you might think neo Liberal = nut grinding Conservatism with authoritarian oppression) . Seriously why not vote Labour or Conservative if you want to reward Billionaires and live in an ordered society? Is there any reason to vote for a party which has no values and will not govern alone what’s the USP guys and gals? Bar being a break on the Conservatives and Labour they’re reduced by the well meaning twat Clegg to not being Labour in a Labour constituency and not being Conservative in a Conservative constituency.

As someone whose suggestions for Capitalism would be to embrace renewable energy and Land reform why would I support that? Or more simply how could I support that?

Today I’ll stick to their Economics. This is very simple but is the policy of almost every Western country and is the kind of idiocy imposed on the Greek people.

The key tenets are:-

Subsidise & Nationalise Debt:- If the Banks or large corporates get in trouble they are not nationalised only their debt. Also guaranteeing loans and deposits as a massive form of hidden subsidy – tax breaks too.

Monetize Everything:- Privatise or use devices like PFI (UK) to turn Govt services into a stream of rentier income. Paying Financiers considerably more than Govt debt costs would seem insane but it’s the policy of Labour, Tory, Kippers and Liberals.

These policies are obviously unsustainable and defy left right comparisons. They are pro Capitalists in the sense of being pro certain Capitalists but not by use of Capitalism. It is consistent with running society for the wishes of a few rich people and stifling creativity. It’s trying to freeze the world in 1999 if that reminds you of anything!

Immigration raises it’s head and the main parties policies may be best described as moronic. The concentration on benefits is political and as with the austerity cuts probably going to cost more than it saves. The point is the swivel eyed of Migration Watch may not like immigrants and try to put lipstick on why they don’t but their view is rational to a point and I accept widely held.

The response of the neo Liberals is cloud cuckoo land. It’s jumped the whale. It’s ridiculous. The clear point is as much as we would wish it otherwise the neo libs’ policies of selling off council houses, creating asset bubbles and a rentier economy, privatising public services and their desperate desire to monetise the NHS and Education, without calling it privatisation, means we cannot expand services or build more infrastructure except at exorbitant cost. Make no mistake the reason that the UK could not cope is not lack of land or lacks of natural resources or opportunity. It is it conflicts with the aims of the major political parties.

LibLabCon should really form a single party and stop lying to us there is any major difference in policy delivery and that they stand for something. At present on Immigration and other issues they say we can have our cake and eat it but it’s very unclear what if any cake they are talking about.

As more and more preposterous and war like policies emanate from Downing Street and all 3 parties vote for war and surveillance we are asked not to vote UKIP as they are crypto fascist or is it quasi fascist or a very right wing party? It matters not. It’s not them creating work gangs, wars and spying on us so who’s the effin fascists here?

It’s the only excuse left to vote Lib Lab or Con. The next round of enslaving 18-21 year olds to reduce an increasingly meaningless unemployment number and ensure Tesco can stay open 24/7 and put every corner shop and independent butcher etc out of business with free cheap Labour subsidised by a state who can’t actually pay for it starts. Put simply their welfare reforms do not save meaningful amounts of money and just bring the spectre of servitude with them. By and large these asinine policies are supported by an economically illiterate electorate and hence all 3 parties. These reforms are to cement the Zombie Economy like it worked so well for the Soviet Union.

I say vote Green as at least they want to tackle one issue that matters in reality. The others, Lib Lab and Con, want a slave economy selling foreign produced goods to a dwindling middle class with a financial parasite sucking income from business. BTW if you can’t see how that works long term award yourself a mars bar.

This is anti Labour, Tory, Liberal, UKIP and BNP. As little as I like to tell people how to vote I am suggesting people not vote for the parties listed there. It almost does not matter what you vote but Green or TUSC would be strong recommendations. You don’t have to fully agree with them. However whilst it’s easy to openly disagree with UKIP and BNP you I would bet 90% don’t want the world the other 3 are peddling.

The truth is the 3 main parties all follow the creed of Neo Liberalism. Sure Miliband will offer a few populist pebbles like freezing prices or intervening in a mega merger but they all stand for the same thing. Monetisation. There was a recent story where a narcissistic Billionaire (is there any other type?) bought a beach and then hired armed gangs to keep people off it. Now he is not monetizing his beach and indeed what he did is worse. Nonetheless expect to pay for Beaches. Similarly want Libraries or Parks and Recs forgetaboutit. Almost everything you do will cost. The state in the UK is already doing this with Hospital Parking, Hospital phonecalls and even the Hospital cafe is no longer geriatrics with tea in stainless steel pots and home made cakes. Banks increasingly do this to the poorest Americans too.

This is what Labour, Liberal and Tory stand for. They don’t deny it as the fact all 3 have been complicit in it shows. These parties basically work for the established wealth and want to create a zombie, joy-less economy where everything has a price like they do. The end result will be a considerably poorer middle class – who seem to be dancing at their own funeral. If their house price has gone up fine but they have to live somewhere and if you sell the house your income is what at 0% interest rates?

If you choose to believe your salt brand is different I refer you to the headline.

Someone asked why Clegg would do it? (debate with UKIP) Well Clegg is an toff but not as venal as Cameron or demented and power hungry as Miliband. However the better reason is he had nothing to lose and he could outflank Labour among the self described intellectual middle classes by being openly pro EU pro Immigrant*. Just as Farage can outflank Cameron in the fear of the furrin stakes.

* I am pro common market pro immigrant BTW i.e. fuck the EU but not as much as all that.

Labour and Tory cannot engage with UKIP as their policies make no sense and they would be reduced to labeling and ad hominem attacks. Like the Tories with varying degrees of emphasis Labour feels it has to appear pro Europe for its corporate backers, antagonistic to Europe for its potential voters, anti racist but against immigrants! Alleged future Labour leader Rachel Reeves ranted at Immigrants on Question Time and just sounded like a nutter. This is why the main 2 will not debate Farage. They have nothing coherent to say on these issues.

Nick Clegg is a vacuum. He believes in nothing and has nothing to say for himself. Farage at least gives the impression he believes a word he says but his message is one whose merits are impossible to judge and of course he is a one man band disowning candidates and his own manifesto dependent on the time of day. UKIP and Lib Dems had a symbiotic relationship here. On the main issues of UKIP they are attacking from opposing flanks – such is the dimension of Westminster left to right now about the difference between Buda and Pest.

Make no mistake in my lifetime no two parties have been as close on policy as Labour and Tory but they dare not explain this or their Plutocratic policies. That their supporters argue so viciously and with such trolling effect shows their [supporters] stupidity.

A great indication of why Labour fans and other will not ever change anything came yesterday. Sarah Teather a Lib Dem MP announced she was leaving Parliament and cited:-

  • Equality and Opportunity policies which of course will not work whilst the UK feeds an unproductive money moving sector.
  • Forcing visitors to pay a £1000 for visas.
  • “It was the moment of realising that my own party was just as afraid of public opinion as the Labour Party”
  • How Welfare changes would save no or little money but inflict maximum damage on the poor.

So did Labour fans pick up these gems no they went on about how she did not vote for Gay marriage. Iain Dale some sort of radio guy whose work who I’ve not come across told an anecdote and basically said good bye I don’t like you (the level of politics in the Obama/Cameron era). She was cracked as about to lose her seat anyway. They mentioned how migrant children were still detained despite a wish for this not to be so and claim it was not so – Labour fans of course believe Asylum children should all be locked up and this should be proudly boasted of  so maybe I misunderstood and she was being criticised for being too weak on furriners, sorry Labour fans.

The Mainstream Media [MSM] commentators and the Social Media Politicos are interested in people’s lives and how miserable the main parties want them to become. They have no interest in right or wrong or effective policies after all they all support the stupidtocracy of subsidising Banks and Austerity. The perception of doing good and sounding moral is the goal nothing else.

Vote Labour Liberal or Conservative but please people don’t tell me your support is any different to a post Abramovich Chelsea fan’s.

This we’ll make work pay is in one sense an honourable aim. However in reality it is a specious attempt at mere electioneering. Even someone as vain as Osborne or as shallow as Alexander would know that the methods of achieving this are self defeating.

  1. Cut Benefits: These are low and will just put more pressure on extended families and Social Services.
  2. Subsidising Wages or forcing people to work: This is just a further encouragement to the zombie economy as work for standing around in a shop is valued as taking up a profession or joining a new vibrant company.
  3. These so called new jobs add nothing to the country’s GDP so far – more people employed and even with QE etc it’s still flatlining.
  4. Forcing people into work lowers wages of those at the bottom – why should I employ you when the state will give me free workers? This again lowers demand and tax return to no benefit to GDP.
  5. Putting more and more people in unproductive low paid jobs is hardly going to fund growth or debt repayment the UK needs.
  6. Essentially it’s become an ‘end around’ the minimum wage with people supplied to business for nothing at a cost to the rest of us working for pennies an hour.

It seems merely a cynical ploy for votes from a deviant stupid self important middle class fed on stories of scroungers and benefit fraudsters. Who’d be stupid enough to fall for that? All 3 main parties support an inherently bullying model for the unemployed, low paid and unfortunate which says little for them and the idiots who will vote for any of them. They scream morality but have no value system. They are happy to condemn millions of people and hide behind rhetoric.

Rhetoric drives policy in the UK no matter how much misery it causes.

The Independent or at least its ‘i’ variant described a ‘desperate’ Nick Clegg apologising for breaking a promise he never expected to have to keep. However Clegg is a deputy and in a coalition without ministry hardly a strong position to effect much and bound by a coalition agreement which if coalition Govt is to be credible he should accept up to  point. That point is now. Continue reading »

First up one should not talk the economy down. However there is no evidence that Tory or Labour disbelieve their inane and delusional nonsense. Iain Duncan Smith thinks the UK will be fine outside of the EU. The Milibands are pimping a Living Wage which is classic New Labour using a worthy cause and source of worthy rhetoric without tackling the reasons why people don’t get a living wage – despite their being in power for 13 of the last 15 years. They all ignore the economic reality. That whilst it continues to subsidise the shadow banking industry that creates no wealth with 10s Bns each year the real economy will not grow and indeed the rest will shrivel and the parasite will have nothing to feed off either. At that point it won’t matter if we are in the EU or not.  Continue reading »
